You are not alone. You are worthy. There is always Hope.
You are not alone
There is no shame in asking for counselling. We all have times of worry and would benefit from someone coming alongside to support us. You do not need to be at rock bottom to seek out help. Sometimes we just want to understand ourselves or our situation a little better.
It’s so easy for us to say “I’m fine,” when actually what we really want is for someone to listen to us with empathy and just be ‘seen’. In these situations, asking for help can be the bravest and best thing you can do for yourself.
You are not alone.
You are worthy
So often we hold on to negative beliefs about ourselves and we can feel lost and alone. Therapy breaks down these barriers and allows us to be ourselves - all of ourselves, the messy parts too. We all need a safe place to grow; to develop understanding, skills and techniques to address our thoughts and behaviours.
You are worth investing time and energy into.
There is hope
We are always changing. This means we don’t need to feel stuck. Coming to therapy gives a way to grow; to gain insight and determine what aspects of our lives we can and can’t control. This allows us to live our lives to the fullest.
You are not alone. You are worthy. There is always Hope.
It’s a relief knowing I can show up every week no matter how rubbish I am feeling and I can just ‘be’. I don’t have to pretend or put on a facade.
It’s so refreshing to let go and really explore how I am doing and not be afraid that someone is judging me. Its like stepping into a warm blanket.

You can feel so alone sometimes and that its ‘just me’ who feels like this. To discover that so many people struggle and you aren’t alone, that you are not weak, is life changing.
Mim has really been in my corner and given me such clarity. I feel stronger in myself and over my circumstances.
