Going to counselling was the best decision I ever made – thanks Mim for being there – for being in the trenches with me!
One thing I have learnt is that you don’t need to wait until crisis point to go to therapy – just go whenever you feel you want to explore something in a safe place, no matter how big or small. We all deserve to feel seen and heard and there is real value in exploring your feelings.
